Company Description The Breath Factory: Your Snoring and Apnea Solutions provides timely access to home sleep studies and managed therapy for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. The clinic is led by three physician directors with over 60 years of combined clinical upper airway experience, supporting care for a wide range of sleep-disordered breathing conditions. The team focuses on patient-centered, evidence-based solutions that improve sleep quality and overall health. The Breath Factory operates locations in Bedford and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and Saint John, Recent Brunswick, offering accessible services to communities across the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RT, RN, LPN Clinician role based in the Fredericton New Brunswick area. The clinician will perform patient assessments related to snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, support home sleep study setup and education, and provide coaching on the use of therapeutic devices such as CPAP and related equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring treatment progress, documenting clinical findings, coordinating care with physicians, and reinforcing adherence to prescribed therapies. The role also involves educating patients and families on sleep hygiene, safety,



and follow-up procedures, while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment. Qualifications
• Clinical background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with experience in sleep medicine or respiratory care preferred.
• Foundational knowledge in Medicine related to sleep-disordered breathing, and patient education.
• Understanding of sleep Technology, and related diagnostic procedures, with ability to interpret relevant reports in collaboration with physicians.
• CPAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex information in transparent, respectful language.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and use electronic health system ( JANE)
• Current licence in good standing in the relevant profession (RT, RN, LPN), and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
• Applicant must have reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check required.
