If you can calm stressed customers, navigate insurance claims without breaking a sweat, and keep multiple repair updates straight in your head, you might be exactly who we're looking for. What You'll Be Doing
• Welcoming customers who are having a less-than-great day because their vehicle has met an unfortunate mailbox, shopping cart, deer, or another driver
• Acting as the main point of contact throughout the repair process
• Keeping customers informed with timely updates so they don't have to call every three hours asking, "Is it done yet?"
• Working with insurance companies to help move claims through the process smoothly
• Explaining repair timelines, deductibles, and paperwork in a way that makes sense to normal humans
• Coordinating vehicle pickup and making sure customers know what to expect before they arrive
• Following up after repairs to ensure customers leave happy and stay happy
• Real Time Administration/File Management
• Closing Work Orders
• Occasionally covering the reception desk and proving that you can answer phones, greet visitors, and juggle multiple tasks without developing superpowers Requirements What We're Looking For




• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm when customers, insurance companies, and repair schedules all need something at the same time
• Experience in collision repair, automotive service, customer service, or insurance claims is an asset
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning shop management software
