Role Description The Sales & Product Support Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tillsonburg, ON, with some flexibility for work from home. This role includes assisting customers with equipment selection, pricing, and sales orders, as well as providing product support for mowers, snow removal equipment, and related parts. Daily activities involve responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams for inventory and logistics. The representative will help troubleshoot product issues, guide customers on proper usage and maintenance,



and follow up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM or order management systems and contributing feedback to improve products and services. Qualifications
• Strong Product Support and Customer Support skills, with the ability to understand technical equipment features and assist customers effectively.
