Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will work on a contract basis, supporting clients through all stages of property transactions in a hybrid work setting based in Winnipeg, MB, with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms on behalf of clients. The role involves advising buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal or regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing activities.



The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will maintain accurate records, update listings, and collaborate with brokerage staff to ensure a smooth client experience. Consistent professional communication, ethical representation, and adherence to industry standards are central to this position. Qualifications
• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, prospect follow-up, and deal negotiation.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of the Winnipeg, MB real estate market and local regulations is an asset.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and operate effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Proficient in using MLS systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
