Role Description The Junior Sales & Social Media Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This position supports sales growth by engaging with existing and prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with order follow-up and basic account management. The role includes maintaining and updating social media channels, creating and posting content that aligns with brand guidelines, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance metrics. The representative collaborates with the sales team to promote key products and initiatives,



supports in-person and virtual customer interactions, and helps prepare sales materials and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and contributing ideas to improve customer outreach and brand visibility. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, relationship building, and basic sales reporting.
