Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Support Coordinator to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and categorize multimodal data streams to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning algorithms.
• Critically evaluate generative AI responses for logic, tone, safety, and factual correctness.
• Spot edge cases and provide detailed feedback to improve the underlying logic of AI taxonomies.
• Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.

Requirements:




• Exceptional attention to detail, reading comprehension, and analytical evaluation skills.
• Experience evaluating creative or technical work against strict rubrics or guidelines is strongly preferred.
• Advanced English language skills, capable of identifying subtle linguistic inconsistencies.
• Requires a secure home office environment, a modern computer, and fast, reliable internet.
