Role Description The Hair Transplant Medical Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond Hill, ON, responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of hair restoration services. This role includes performing and supervising hair transplant procedures, conducting pre
- and post-operative consultations, assessing patient eligibility, and developing individualized treatment plans. The Medical Director will establish and maintain clinical protocols, ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and lead quality assurance initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve mentoring clinical staff, collaborating with technicians and support teams, and participating in ongoing training and professional development to keep procedures aligned with current medical best practices.



The role requires strong leadership in patient safety, continuous improvement, and a patient-centered approach to care. Qualifications
• Clinical expertise in Medicine, with demonstrated experience in surgical or procedural practice relevant to hair restoration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively when Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Foundational knowledge in areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology is beneficial for comprehensive patient assessment and risk management.
• Valid medical license in Ontario (or eligibility for licensure), with board certification or equivalent recognized credentials.
• Proven experience performing cosmetic or hair transplant procedures, or strong interest and aptitude for specialized training in this field.
• Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with a commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
• Experience developing clinical protocols, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Willingness to work on-site full time in Richmond Hill, ON, and to participate in continuing medical education in hair restoration.
