Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Support Specialist to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities
• Systematically tag and structure complex data inputs while strictly adhering to formatting guidelines.
• Review AI model outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic coherence, alignment, and formatting correctness.
• Spot edge cases and provide detailed feedback to improve the underlying logic of AI taxonomies.
• Achieve and sustain top-tier quality scores while processing datasets at scale.

Requirements:




• Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex written instructions.
• Prior experience in data annotation, quality assurance, data review, or content evaluation is preferred.
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Requires a secure home office environment, a modern computer, and fast, reliable internet.
