Help our customers and teams get the most out of WorkAxle. We’re looking for a Customer Education & Enablement Specialist to build and deliver practical training for customers, implementation partners and internal teams. You’ll help users navigate our workforce management platform and equip administrators to manage their configuration confidently after launch. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with Sales, Implementation, Support and Product, you’ll combine live training, content creation and learning platform administration. What you’ll do
• Deliver training: Lead virtual and occasional on-site sessions for end users, managers, payroll teams and system administrators. Cover scheduling, time and attendance, leave policies, rule engine logic and payroll exports, including administrator configuration.
• Build learning content: Create on-demand courses, videos, guides, assessments and knowledge base articles. Use AI tools to support content development, validate accuracy against the product and apply accessibility best practices.
• Support implementations: Assess learning needs, scope training deliverables with Sales and manage training plans through launch, including train-the-trainer sessions and customer handover.
• Enable partners and employees: Deliver partner bootcamps, employee product onboarding, Sales training, demo walkthroughs and product release briefings.
• Manage self-service learning: Maintain content in HubSpot and SharePoint, administer learning platforms, and organize role-based learning and certification paths.
• Keep training relevant: Coordinate English/French content and translation reviews, update materials as the product evolves, turn recurring support questions into resources, and use completion, assessment,
satisfaction and support data to improve learning. What you bring
• 3–5 years of experience in customer education, training, enablement or instructional design, including B2B SaaS onboarding or implementations.
• Experience teaching software at both the end-user and administrator/configuration levels.
• Robust live facilitation, presentation and instructional writing skills, with experience building on-demand courses from start to finish.
• Experience administering learning management systems and using authoring, screen-recording and video tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia or equivalents.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools for research and content creation, with careful review of generated materials.
• Ability to manage multiple customer training projects against fixed go-live dates.
• A degree in education, instructional design, communications or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Languages: Professional English is required; professional French is strongly preferred; Spanish is an asset. English is needed to train and create content for customers, partners and colleagues outside Québec, including in the United States and Australia. Additional assetsExperience with workforce management, HCM, payroll or unionized environments; adult learning and instructional design methods; accessibility and e-learning standards such as WCAG, SCORM or xAPI; customer academies, certification programs or in-app guidance tools; HubSpot and Microsoft 365; or integrations and data formats such as CSV, JSON and APIs. Working arrangementsThis remote role is based in Montréal and requires a suitable home workspace and reliable internet. Travel of up to approximately 15% and occasional training outside regular business hours may be required. Employment is conditional on satisfactory background verification.
