Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Fredericton, NB. The Salesperson will engage with residential and commercial customers to present pest control services, explain benefits, and handle questions or concerns in a professional manner. Daily activities include prospecting recent clients, conducting door-to-door or scheduled visits, giving product and service demonstrations, and closing sales while meeting or exceeding assigned targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with team members and managers to optimize sales strategies.



The Salesperson is expected to uphold company standards, contribute to a positive work workplace, and represent the brand with integrity. Qualifications
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and listen actively to customer needs.
• Proven or emerging sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities, ideally in a face-to-face environment.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
• Reliability in maintaining schedules, following procedures, and documenting sales activities accurately.
• Comfort working on-site and outdoors, including conducting door-to-door visits in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work full time during peak seasons, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Willingness to learn company sales processes and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an asset but not required.
• Valid work authorization in Canada; familiarity with Fredericton, NB and surrounding areas is an advantage.
