Hybrid Toronto – 3 days onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Seeking a hands-on Test Manager / Test Lead with strong functional testing experience and Wealth Management domain.
• Lead and execute functional testing activities
• Implement front-loaded testing to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
• Utilize Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Leverage Power BI to develop testing dashboards and track quality metrics.
• Identify opportunities for testing process improvement and automation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and the Test Management Office (TMO).
• Support integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Solid hands-on experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or Senior QA Lead.
• Expertise in functional testing, test execution, and defect management.
• Strong Jira knowledge and Power BI experience.
