Experienced Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist (MSW, RSW/RP) Independent Contractor/In-Person Midtown Toronto/Virtual Ontario At Bracken Path Therapy, we’re building more than a group practice. We specialize in supporting adults experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, vicarious trauma, workplace challenges, relationship concerns, and separation and divorce. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Social Worker to join our team. Be a therapist. We’ll Handle the Rest. At Bracken Path Therapy you get to do what you love, which is focus on your clients. We take care of everything else: billing, EMR, back-office support, operations, and admin. We are a small, woman led, collaborative team so you’ll never work in isolation. We’re looking for a part-time affiliate therapist with a minimum of 6-8 hours a week of availability. This role requires availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.

· A Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)




· Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience providing counselling and psychotherapy services
· Professional liability insurance
· Reliable internet and a secure private work space to meet with clients virtually
· Strong virtual therapy skills
· Comfort and knowledge in virtual telehealth programs
· Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector check required for all successful candidates
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
· Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and organizational skills
· Minimum of 6-8 hours and maximum of 15 hours of weekly availability Experience we value:
