About The Role
Ensure AICA meets the highest standards of clinical accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. You'll develop comprehensive testing frameworks while implementing enterprise-grade security measures for sensitive healthcare data across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Accuracy Validation: Develop and execute testing protocols for AI models against expert-reviewed datasets.
• Security Implementation: Implement enterprise-grade security controls, compliance measures, and comprehensive security frameworks.
• Automated Testing: Build robust CI/CD pipelines with comprehensive test coverage for all platform components.
• Compliance Auditing: Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare data regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Penetration Testing: Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling. Required Qualifications
• 3+ years QA engineering experience with robust focus on security and compliance testing.
• Proven experience with healthcare compliance frameworks and regulatory validation processes.
• Strong background in automated testing, CI/CD pipeline development, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks, security tools, and compliance documentation. Preferred Qualifications




• Healthcare IT security experience with clinical systems or patient data protection.
• SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance certifications and audit experience.
• Experience with clinical software validation and FDA/Health Canada regulatory requirements.
