MD Maintenance is hiring an experienced Winter Sidewalk Crew Leader to join our team in the Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo area. We’re looking for someone reliable who has hands-on snow removal experience and can lead a crew to keep sidewalks explicit and safe throughout the winter.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a sidewalk snow removal crew and coordinate daily work.
• Perform winter sidewalk maintenance and snow removal.
• Safely operate a truck and tow a trailer.
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Be ready for a 3:00 a.m. start time.
Requirements:
• Previous winter sidewalk maintenance or snow removal experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to safely tow a trailer with a truck.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Strong crew leadership skills, reliability and punctuality. Compensation:
• Hourly wage negotiable based on experience.
