JOURNEYPERSON ELECTRICIAN / LEAD HAND MXS Electric Inc. | Kamloops, BC $45–$50/hour + advantages + vehicle/travel reimbursement We're looking for an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician to join our growing team as a Lead Hand. This is a hands-on position focused on: ? Multi-family construction ? Renovations & residential construction ? Service upgrades ? Leading and mentoring apprentices ? Coordinating electrical work on site We're looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, take ownership of their work, and lead by example. Maybe you've been with a larger company for years and are ready for more responsibility and room to grow. Or maybe you've considered running your own business but don't want the paperwork, admin, and headaches that come with it. We're looking for someone to grow with us.

Requirements:
Red Seal Construction Electrician, Class 5 driver's licence, residential construction/renovation experience, service upgrade experience, and the ability to lead a small crew.
