Role Description The Equipment Consultant is a full-time, in office role located in Regina, SK. This role is responsible for advising customers on suitable used heavy equipment for their projects, including rentals, sales. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating equipment availability, and supporting customers through the selection and purchasing process. The Equipment Consultant will maintain product knowledge, update inventory details, and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high service standards. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, gathering market feedback,



and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth. Qualifications
• Experience in equipment sales, rentals, or related industrial/Construction sectors, with strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions, including familiarity with major heavy equipment brands.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details in clear, practical terms.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment, including occasional yard or equipment walkarounds to review inventory.
• Basic proficiency with business software (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) for managing customer records and quotes.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and support honest, transparent pricing and deal structures.
• Previous experience in heavy equipment, construction, agriculture, or industrial machinery is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for occasional customer visits or equipment inspections.
