We're Hiring | Mechanical Project Manager Consult Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team We are seeking a motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional) construction sector, with a robust background in mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities
✅Manage mechanical construction projects from start to completion. ✅Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. ✅Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and deliverables. ✅Review mechanical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings. ✅Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and overall performance. ✅Manage change orders, project documentation, and closeout activities.

Qualifications:




✅Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mechanical ICI construction. ✅Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. ✅Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ✅Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. ?
