Role Description The Prompt Engineer will design, test, and refine prompts and workflows that power AI-driven systems for insurance agencies, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and practical outcomes. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with the founder and insurance growth specialists to turn business processes into reliable AI-assisted tasks, such as lead qualification, client communication support, and workflow automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching user needs, mapping processes, creating and iterating prompts, documenting prompt libraries, and monitoring performance against business KPIs. The Prompt Engineer will also help evaluate AI tools,



ensure data privacy and compliance best practices, and contribute to playbooks and training materials for clients and internal teams. The role is hands-on, experimental, and geared toward building repeatable systems that help agencies grow in a way that lasts. Qualifications
• Strong skills in prompt design, prompt optimization, and workflow mapping for AI-powered tools.
• Experience with large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and practical application of AI to business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured prompts, decision trees, and clear documentation.
• Comfort with experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve prompt effectiveness.
• Understanding of insurance, financial services, or B2B skilled services is an asset.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write concise, user-centered instructions and system messages.
• Familiarity with automation tools or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, CRM workflows) is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a bias toward practical, sustainable solutions over hype.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate asynchronously with a small team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Communications) or equivalent experience.
