Senior Software Engineer Role Description Robot Leaf Interactive is a technology company focused on maximizing the value of camera technology and related surveillance systems through graphical augmentation. We combine sensor data feeds, 3D graphics, and GIS processing to produce interactive display technology providing situational awareness to camera platform mission systems. We’re looking for a software developer who is self-motivated to do excellent work, and whose technical expertise allows them to thrive in a startup environment. Objectives of this Role
• Support development of our Augmented Reality SDK product.
• Support external consulting efforts, including AR SDK integration and related industry projects.
• Support internal dev-ops, including source control, build systems and release management. Responsibilities
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, test, and delivery.




• Develop geospatial software systems using a variety of languages and technologies.
• Facilitate design and architecture brainstorms.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions.
• Interact with clients, including ongoing consulting projects. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency with C++ is key.
• Solid experience with additional programming languages such as Python and Java. Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Geographic Information System development, including strong familiarity with mapping and coordinate systems.
• 3D Graphics programming, especially with the Vulkan API.
• Streaming video processing and display.
• Networking and communications protocols.
• Sensor integration and simulation.
