About the Role
Invico is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Sales & Marketing Team as a Marketing & Content Specialist. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing content as Invico expands its investment offerings and audience. The Marketing & Content Specialist will work closely with the Director, Marketing, and subject-matter experts across the firm to develop thought leadership, market commentary, email communications, social media, and marketing materials to support ongoing capital-raising efforts. As a member of a small marketing team, the successful candidate will have exposure to a broad range of marketing activities and the opportunity to progressively assume greater responsibility for content planning and execution. Responsibilities
• Working with internal investment professionals and subject-matter experts to translate technical insights and market developments into clear, credible content for distribution across the firm’s channels.
• Repurpose and adapt content for different audiences across website, email,



social media and sales channels while maintaining consistency with Invico’s brand and positioning.
• Own the development and management of Invico’s content calendar across investment strategies, audiences and marketing channels. Provide ideas for new content, channels, and opportunities.
• Support the publication and ongoing maintenance of website content, including basic search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) considerations.
• Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance and provide insights that can inform future content and marketing activity.
• Assist in the maintenance of recurring marketing materials such as fund presentations, fund facts and other materials as required.
• Support broader marketing and sales initiatives and projects as required within a growing marketing function. Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, communications or a related role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, are essential.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand, synthesize and communicate complex or technical subject matter.
• Proactive,



self-motivated approach and the ability to take ownership of projects once objectives and priorities have been established.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to work collaboratively with subject-matter experts and senior internal stakeholders.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, social media management, and analytics. Experience and understanding of SEO and AEO is considered an asset.
• Experience in Banking, Investments, or Energy Services is considered an asset.
