What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Civil Project Manager, you will oversee and direct the in office activities and ultimate delivery for multiple simultaneous, large-scale Civil projects. § Coordinate and manage all site resources, including labour, materials, equipment and tools, subcontractors and various authorities. § Act as liaison between ECSI and General Contractor/Owner (typically Site Superintendent) and/or other client representatives. § Drive and enforce ECSI standards for safety, quality and service, while maintaining agreed schedule and scope. § Assist in the development of project estimates (jobs/CCN’s) and schedules (baseline and look-ahead)



§ Continuously seeking opportunities for increasing project scope and/or cost savings in execution of original scope. § Providing all required on-site production data (e.g. actuals, quantities, incidents/safety, signoffs, timesheets, photos, etc.) What we need from you § Support our corporate values and enhance our culture. § Leadership and teamwork, driving results from individuals and teams. § Self-accountability and holding others to the same high standard. § Ability to identify and bring issues to resolution with diverse stakeholder group. What skills and experience you’ll bring to us § 5+ years’ experience as Superintendent for Civil projects >$2MM. § Previous experience managing Union labour. § Required safety certifications (First Aid, WHMIS, WAH, Supervisor). § Degree or diploma in construction or business and/or PMP considered a benefit. § Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project (or equivalents).
