Location: Millwoods Dental Choice

Position: Full-Time Dental Administrator

Experience: Minimum 2 year of dental administration experience

Schedule

- Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Alternating Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM & Alternating Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 2 year of dental administration experience.

- Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry,



and other administrative responsibilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.

- A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency.

- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
