About the role
We are looking for a IT User Support II to join our team for a 6 months contract

What you'll do
here:
• Provide exceptional customer service that meets the evaluation criteria of our quality assurance program.
• Meet the key performance indicator targets associated with the role.
• Act as the first point of contact—by phone or chat—for the user community (Intact employees) regarding any incidents, issues, or questions related to IT systems.
• Respond to calls and chat requests during various scheduled time periods, resolve issues, or redirect them to the appropriate teams.
• Document activities and interactions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate incidents appropriately, in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage user identities—including email, LAN, and centralized systems—securely.
• Contribute to the knowledge base used to resolve the various incidents encountered by users. What you bring to the table:
• A degree or diploma in computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.




• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT user support role
• Advanced knowledge of Unix, Oracle, and Windows environments.
• Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
