This assignment requires 2 years experience working in an LTC and understanding of medical technology and equipment. Job

• Conduct assessments and reassessment
• Utilize medical technology and equipment such as: g-tube, ventilator, and trach
• Provide medication support and administration
• Complete reports and document and care notes regularly
• Communicate with family and supervisors about any changes in client care
• Meet the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario at all times
• All other duties,



as assigned Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:
• Current CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) registration and in good standing
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
• Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months
• Experience with pediatric g-tube, ventilator, and trach is an asset
