Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Loader Operator to join our Ready-Mix Concrete plant team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader to move aggregate materials, maintain material stockpiles, and support overall plant operations. This position plays a key part in ensuring consistent, high-quality production for our customers. Responsibilities
• Operate a front-end loader to transport aggregate materials to and from stockpiles, bins, and hoppers.
• Maintain accurate material blends to support daily concrete production.
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Assist with yard organization, inventory management, and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with plant operators, drivers, and other team members.




• Support general plant operations as needed, including batching assistance or light labor.
• Other duties as assigned. Requirements
• Must have own reliable transportation as shift start times do not match with current public transit schedules
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a front-end loader.
• Experience working in a Ready-Mix Concrete or aggregate environment considered an asset.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with daily equipment inspections.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overtime when required.
• Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and secure operating procedures.
