- Strategic Partnerships: Own and nurture executive-level relationships with contract manufacturers (CMs) and strategic suppliers, working in lockstep with our Operations team.
- AI-Powered Engineering: Champion AI-enabled ways of working across design, verification, BOM analysis, and program management, empowering the team to deliver outsized impact as the organization scales.

The Ideal Profile:
- You bring extensive experience in hardware product development, where you've also spent time successfully leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams (electrical, firmware, mechanical, quality).
- You have a proven track record of leading a hardware organization through a significant business growth phase or massive volume inflection.
- You have successfully shipped complex, connected hardware through full New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles directly into high-volume production, including deep experience managing CMs and ODMs.
