Future Opportunity Posting: We are proactively building a pool of qualified candidates for anticipated hiring needs. There is no immediate opening at this time, but candidates who align with our needs may be contacted as opportunities arise. Hi, I'm Steve , co-founder and Director of New Nuclear at NPX – your future lead I've built my career delivering complex nuclear projects including 15+ years in field work at Bruce Power, leading multi-disciplinary teams through major refurbishment campaigns, and strategic and programmatic support to New Build Projects. NPX partners with nuclear utilities and new reactor projects to unlock performance through innovation. We combine decades of nuclear operation expertise with AI, digital tools and lean processes to help plants run safer, smarter, and more cost-effectively. Our New Nuclear team scales this expertise through strategic project management of new nuclear projects, from concept through execution, across Canada, the U.
We're building the team that will deliver the next generation of nuclear power in North America, and we're always on the lookout for exceptional Project Coordinators to support the Bruce C new build program. Whether you're new to project coordination or have experience across construction programs, electrical systems, civil and earthworks, supply chain, technology selection, or document management, we want to hear from you. As a Project Coordinator at NPX, you'll keep a busy project team on top of its commitments
- the schedule current, the actions closed, the documents where they should be, and the reporting ready before anyone has to ask for it.

You'll do work shoulder to shoulder with the clients' team and see first-hand how major nuclear projects actually come together. It's a strong platform for a career in nuclear project delivery, and we'll invest in getting you there. Travel

Requirements:
Requires on-site presence in Bruce County approximately three days per week to support effective collaboration and decision-making. Track the project schedule, keeping milestone dates current and flagging slippage early rather than reporting it late. Own document management and filing so the workstream’s records are complete, current and easy for anyone to find. Support project planning and coordination activities as the program builds out. ✨ Domain Familiarity: experience in a nuclear setting is what we’re looking for, and an existing nuclear security clearance is a strong asset. Coordination Expertise: 2–5 years coordinating schedules, actions, documents and reporting in a project environment, ideally on major capital work, within a supply chain team or in a construction execution environment. Body: Health coverage, a spending account, and the freedom to rest and recharge. ~ That means competitive pay and recognition for the impact you make. NPX provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Just a heads up that we use AI to help in the filtering of candidates based on job-specific criteria.
