The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. - Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and strategic roles across multiple business segments.

- Develop innovative talent attraction strategies that leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and proactive sourcing techniques.

- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, reducing reliance on reactive recruiting.

- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to hiring leaders, influencing hiring decisions and promoting best-in-class recruitment practices.

- Challenge conventional thinking and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, reporting, and candidate attraction strategies.

- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce trends, future talent requirements, succession risks, and growth plans.

- Deliver high-quality candidate assessments and present thoughtful recommendations supported by market insights and talent data.

- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, industry events, referrals,



and emerging sourcing channels to identify and engage top talent.

- Lead and execute talent acquisition projects focused on innovation, operational excellence, employer branding, candidate experience, or workforce planning.

- Champion a seamless and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our culture and employer brand.

- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide recommendations that drive better hiring outcomes.

- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Talent Acquisition function by sharing ideas, piloting new approaches, and influencing change.

- Serve as an ambassador for Compass Group Canada's employer brand within the talent marketplace.
