The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day delivery of human resources programs and services across the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Human Resources & Office Management,



this role serves as a key operational resource within the HR function, providing support across onboarding, employee records management, payroll and benefits administration, training coordination, workplace safety, compliance activities, employee experience initiatives, and recruitment support. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and proactive HR professional who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations & Administration

- Maintain accurate, complete, and organized employee files and HRIS records, ensuring all documentation is appropriately labelled, filed, and retained in accordance with company standards and privacy requirements. Ensure employee records are updated promptly, maintained in chronological order, and regularly audited for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Assist with HR reporting, data collection, audits, record reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support workforce planning, employee retention, operational effectiveness, and HR decision-making.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain records related to employee work permits and employment authorization, proactively track upcoming expirations, coordinate renewal documentation with employees, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of status changes and supporting documentation to Corporate Human Resources.
