The Field Sales Associate is responsible for increasing sales through volume and distribution gains in an assigned territory – Manitoba and surrounding area. The Field Sales Associate will be expected to produce results that meet and exceed distribution, merchandising, and sales objectives across all aspects of the Mark Anthony Brands portfolio. The Field Sales Associate will continually increase market share while building long-term relationships with customers. Sales Pre-plan and execute sales calls to new and existing customers on master route. Types of assigned accounts vary by territory and may consist of retail (liquor stores, independent retailers), and on premise (restaurants, hotels, and other similar venues) Execute variable monthly display promotions in merchandisable accounts according to standards Build quality relationships with customers Control operating and A&P; expenses and manage budget and expenses appropriately Monitor and track marketing programs Attend and participate in events, training,
