About the Opportunity

Full-Cycle & International Payroll

- Process and manage full-cycle payroll for Canadian and international employees
- Coordinate UK payroll with third-party payroll providers
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and reporting requirements
- Manage international payroll considerations and reporting deadlines

Benefits, RRSP & LTIP

- Manage RRSP, taxable benefits, and other payroll deductions
- Administer LTIP-related payroll activities
- Support Shareworks activities, dividends, memos, and taxable benefit calculations
- Process benefits-related taxable amounts through payroll

Reconciliation & Reporting

- Prepare quarterly payroll reports for management and Finance
- Reconcile payroll accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Partner with Finance during month-end close
- Track and reconcile labour budgets

Compliance & Employee Support

- Maintain payroll records for audits and internal controls
- Respond to employee questions regarding compensation, deductions, and taxes
- Remain current on payroll legislation across applicable jurisdictions

Systems & Year-End

- Support payroll and HRIS testing, upgrades, and process improvements
- Complete year-end payroll activities including T4s, W-2s, and UK reporting
- Support internal and external payroll audits
- Complete ad hoc analysis and payroll projects

About You

- 5+ years of payroll experience
- International payroll exposure
- Experience in a senior or supervisory-level payroll capacity preferred
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and UK payroll legislation and taxation requirements
- Strong understanding of benefits, STIP, LTIP, and taxable perks
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong payroll systems knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- PCP or CPM designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree/certificate in Accounting,



Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related discipline

Pay Range

$110,000 - $120,000 per year
