Reports to: Creative Lead

Location:
Remote (Canada); NETGEAR is building an in-house creative team to own campaign, web, and social work end to end. The team is small on purpose: a Creative Lead, a UI Designer, a Graphic Designer, and a copywriter. You will be the main person responsible for execution and production across what the team makes: web assets, social, paid ads, campaign work, email templates, retail signage, and event booth graphics. In a given month you might move from a paid social set to a booth graphic to a product landing page. You will also work with the Creative Lead on campaign concepts and help shape where the brand goes next. Design assets across web, social, paid ads, email templates, campaign work, retail signage, event graphics, and sales collateral, working from briefs and alongside the UI Designer and Creative Lead. ~ Contribute creative ideas. Bring concepts into campaign discussions with the Creative Lead, and propose directions of your own. ~ Adapt campaign concepts into full asset sets across formats, sizes, and channels. ~ Work to NETGEAR brand guidelines across everything you produce, applying them consistently and helping extend the system as new needs come up. ~ Use AI tools as a working part of your process, for ideation, iteration, and production. What we do expect is the judgment to recognize when AI output falls short of the standard required and needs to be reworked by hand. ~ Collaborate directly with project stakeholders across marketing, product, and web, and incorporate their feedback into revisions. ~ Integrated Marketing Manager, who is responsible for global campaigns, so that what you produce fits the wider campaign plan. 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in-house or brand-side. We want to see campaign systems, social sets, and web assets, and hear what the constraints were. ~ Most of our digital assets are designed there,

so this is the tool you will spend most of your time in. Solid Adobe Creative Cloud skills alongside it. ~ Solid interest in AI, backed by practical experience using it in a design workflow. You should be following how the tools are developing, testing new ones as they appear rather than reading about them, and bringing back what actually works. ~ Comfortable working to an existing brand system rather than reinventing one per project. ~ We support training on new tools, AI in particular. ~ You can hold several projects at different stages and keep the status visible without being chased. Video and motion. Any motion or editing experience is a real benefit, and familiarity with AI video and editing tools is especially so. ~ Experience working alongside a design system or component library. Fully remote, PST hours. The team works from a shared project board in monday.
You will have direct access to the Creative Lead and to stakeholders, and you are expected to use it. Tooling is provided, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and a Magnific seat, so you are not funding your own AI tools. We support training on new tools, particularly AI. We turn ideas into innovative networking products that connect people, power businesses, and advance the way we live. We're a performance-driven, talented and connected team that's committed to delivering world-class products for our customers. As a company, we value our employees as the most essential building blocks of our success. And as teammates, we commit to taking our work to the Next Gear by living our values: we Dare to Transform the future, Connect and Delight our customers, Communicate Courageously with each other and collaborate to Win It Together . If you are creative, forward-thinking, passionate about technology and are looking for a rewarding career to make an impact, then you've got what it takes to succeed at NETGEAR. Join our network and help us shape the future of connectivity.
