The Successful Candidate Will Work On a Wide Variety Of Commercial Real Estate Transactions And Matters, Including, But Not Limited To Commercial real estate purchase/sale transactions Real estate financing transactions Drafting and negotiating agreements and transaction documents Asset backed lending Mortgage enforcement Minimum 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law at a law firm Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent academic credentials Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
