Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools and workflows that improve engineering productivity and quality. 7+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 20+ professionals. Proven experience hiring, mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing engineering teams.
