This role offers a unique opportunity for a progressive CPA who thrives in an evolving environment focused on process improvement enhanced use of systems, and AI automation. The ideal candidate will possess public accounting experience, ideally from a top-tier firm, and have strong expertise in IFRS standards. They will be eager to lead and develop a team, contribute to strategic initiatives, and embed best practices in financial reporting, controllership and compliance functions. Leading the company’s financial reporting, shared services and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to IFRS, and managing the external audit process. Driving process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable growth.



Supporting strategic initiatives with financial analysis and reporting. Managing a team of three direct reports, including managers and administrators. Partnering across departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in a cooperative environment.
