Purchase, organize, and rotate food supplies following the first in, first out rule. Maintain an orderly and clean kitchen, adhering to cleaning and sanitizing requirements. Follow the Food Safety Plan, catering to clients' special dietary needs and preferences. Accommodateclients with diet related medical conditions, allergies, religious and / or cultural restrictions.



Ensureeconomical shopping for groceries meeting quality expectations. Ensure adherence to Human Resources and Client Centered related Policy and Procedures. Reporting & Team Building Maintain facility cleanliness according to Health & Safety standards. Report safety hazards promptly and participate in safety drills and inspections.
