- Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
- Participate in hiring and team growth initiatives
- Own smaller infrastructure initiatives end to end
- Champion Infrastructure as Code and automation
- Drive postmortems and incident follow-up work
Requirements:
- 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- 2+ years leading engineering teams with hands-on work
- Extensive Kubernetes and Terraform experience
- Strong Linux systems and networking skills
- Proficiency with AWS and CI/CD tools
