Requirements:

- 8+ years in Product Design, with B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Proven experience in cross-team initiatives and solutions
- Strong knowledge of complex interaction and visual design
- Skilled in AI experience design and prototyping tools
- Experience mentoring other designers
