Lead and develop supervisors, technical managers, and engineering specialists Establish pipeline engineering standards, specifications, and technical controls Provide engineering support for pipeline design, maintenance, operations, and emergency response Oversee expertise in materials, welding, fusion, coatings, and corrosion mitigation Apply risk-based methodologies to engineering assessments and technical decisions Review and approve technical deviations, drawings, and engineering designs Collaborate with operations, projects, regulators, vendors, and industry partners Drive innovation, continuous improvement, safety, compliance,
