We are seeking those interested in a recent and exciting opportunity to join our growing legal team Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 – 6 years of experience practicing labour and employment law and must be called to the Ontario Bar. This role provides a chance to work on complex labour and employment issues, including client counseling, legal research, litigation strategy, and compliance training. Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for supporting employers in labour and employment matters. Pursuant to Ontario Employment Act, 2000 (ESA), the annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $245,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
