National Director of Wellness Strategy to lead the development and evolution of our national wellness strategy, with an immediate focus on Allbright, functional health and wellness clinics, and Lifestyle Residences. The role will establish the strategy, standards, and partnerships needed to deliver integrated, evidence-informed wellness experiences that bring together clinical insight, diagnostics, fitness, lifestyle programming, and personalized wellness planning. and scalable wellness experiences Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of wellness programs, providing tools, training, resources, and guidance to support consistent delivery Establish measures of success and use data, feedback, and outcomes to inform strategy and continuous improvement Serve as an ambassador for the organization and contribute to its profile as a leader in modern, integrated, and preventative wellness Build organizational capability in wellness strategy, innovation, and execution while fostering a culture of wellbeing, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Degree or certification in health, wellness, kinesiology, public health, business, or a related field would be considered an asset Senior leadership experience in wellness, health services, or a related field. Robust relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
