Agricultural Equipment Technician , you are self ‑ motivated to perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment while supporting an exceptional customer experience. You work effectively both in ‑ field and in ‑ shop, building strong relationships with customers, junior technicians, and other location personnel. Completed a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic or similar. May consider 3rd or 4th level apprentice; John Deere certified a strong asset. Computer skills required, Service Advisor and/or Service Center an asset. High School Diploma or equivalent Are proud of the high-quality work you do with little to no errors. you know working extended hours and some weekends is part of the job. Enjoy sharing your knowledge with the patience to mentor apprentices. Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment. Most importantly, you understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers.
