Financial Performance Management Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for Commercial Segment financial performance. Identify financial risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to improve performance. Forecasting and Planning Analyze variances against management targets, forecast, and prior-year performance. Act as the primary finance advisor to Commercial leadership teams. Provide financial evaluation of commercial programs, pricing initiatives, promotions, incentives, and investments.



Drive data-based decision making and recommend actions to improve business outcomes. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Oversee financial governance processes related to commercial investments. Promote accountability and risk awareness across the organization. Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate revenue drivers, profitability, mix, and customer performance. Improve data quality and reporting consistency across geographies and functions. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. ~5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A;, commercial finance, or business finance. Strong understanding of P&L; management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Experience supporting senior business leaders in a complex matrix organization. Advanced proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA preferred. Experience supporting large commercial sales organizations. Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and commercial finance practices. Experience with business intelligence, reporting automation, and financial transformation initiatives.
