Lead financial planning and forecasting processes
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
• Build and develop a global finance team Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
• Proven financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
• Strong communication skills for senior executives
