We seek a friendly, detail-oriented Grad Photography Welcome Host for approximately 7 weeks from late October to mid-December. You'll engage with graduating students, manage gown assistance, and ensure a smooth photo session experience. Your role will also involve effective communication and collaboration with the photography team for optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist students upon arrival for photos
- Help with graduation gowns, v-stoles, and regalia
- Respond to customers' ordering inquiries
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house workplace
- Work alongside photographers to support session flow

Requirements:

- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience in events or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to assist clients comfortably
