Experience:
GPS check-in, field UX and offline state for technicians in the field. Enterprise Data Management: Global, multi-site platform capabilities, templates, asset hierarchy and location, and agile asset forms. Set the technical direction for the workflows customers use every day, from scheduling and parts management to reporting. Solve hard product problems: dense, data-heavy interfaces, large datasets, offline behaviour and multi-site scale. On our newly formed teams, define architecture and engineering practices from the ground up. Lead the design and delivery of large,



ambiguous projects end to end, from planning through production. Partner directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leadership to shape your team's roadmap and influence the roadmaps of adjacent teams. Own the long-term technical health of a domain: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break. Drive architecture decisions and write the technical proposals others build against. Mentor senior and staff engineers, and set the standard for code review on your team. We don't have a minimum in-office mandate, but we prefer our teams to be located around our office hubs. 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products, including a track record of leading technical work at a scope beyond a single team. ~ Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. ~ A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else. ~ Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer, a support lead, or an executive as easily as to another developer. ~ Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation. ~ GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience. Experience with scheduling or calendar UIs, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or sync architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transactional systems.
