The Co-operators Group is seeking an AVP, Risk & Control to lead CLIC's risk and control functions, strengthening governance, compliance, and fraud prevention. This role oversees enterprise risk, controls testing, BCP, ERM, model and third-party risk, providing strategic risk reporting to senior leaders.
The successful candidate will drive a robust risk culture, collaborate across Compliance, Internal Audit and ERM, and guide risk strategies to protect clients and communities.
