Monday-Friday; Full Time, Probationary Hourly Rate $28.25 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement This position requires a high level of collaboration and teamwork with another Administrative Assistant (AA4) as well as our entire school staff. Experience with Rycor and Atrieve is considered an asset. This position works directly with school administration to support school financial operations and serves as the primary resource for financial-related matters within the school. In consultation with the principal, responsibilities include monitoring the school budget, ensuring accuracy,



and verifying that expenditures are properly coded and allocated. Strong interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, students, parents, and the community. Work outside of normal office hours may be required at peak times, including the beginning and end of the school year. Occasional time away from the office may be required to purchase and pick up supplies from vendors. Previous experience working in a school setting is considered an asset. Preferred qualifications include completion of Grade 12, supplemented by post-secondary education in accounting or office administration, along with a minimum of five (5) years of directly related office and accounting experience.
