As the Account Executive, you will be focused on winning current business in the SMB market, speaking to C-level and HR executives across a wide range of business verticals. This being said, a drive to generate your own leads and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline is a must. Winning new business in the Canadian market Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management. Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team. 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing and closing full sales cycles Experience selling HR tech, Payroll, Time & Attendance (T&A;), Learning Management Systems (LMS),



or other complex B2B SaaS solutions is highly desirable Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder, technical SaaS solutions Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume sales setting Proven track record of success and consistently exceeding sales targets Earning Potential: $150,000+ CAD, including base salary and commission.
