Join SOGECLAIR Group as a Flight Control Laws Engineer focusing on developing and improving control laws and assessment tools using MATLAB and C++. Your expertise will drive cutting-edge R&D; projects in autopilot and navigation systems. In this senior role, you will enhance both new and existing Control Laws (CLaws) designs while supporting their validation and verification. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Flight Control Laws for Fly-by-Wire aircraft, you will leverage your knowledge of aerodynamics and flight dynamics. This position also requires proficiency in C++ programming and a solid grasp of DO-178B standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance CLaws designs and assessment tools
• Validate and verify CLaws for updates and new designs
• Support autopilot and navigation development
• Evaluate system stability and performance
• Integrate CLaws into test rigs and hardware
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum 10 years in Flight Control Laws development
• Expertise in control system design methodologies
• Strong knowledge of flight dynamics and aerodynamics
